In a time when customer service seems to be almost extinct, M3 is keeping it alive. We are pledged to give our clients the same high level of service that we would expect for ourselves.

M3 doesn’t lose contact with you after you become a client. In addition to your account executive, you will have a full team of specialists working for you. Your service representative will be your on-call insurance resource and liaison. Your staff can also rely on your service representative for timely and accurate information to help administer your business insurance.
Client Service Experts
Every M3 client, regardless of size, has a service representative as part of its service team. Think of your representative as an extension of your staff. If you need documenta-tion for an auditor’s visit, your representative will get copies to you at once. If you have a question, he or she will review your contract, work with the carrier and get the right answer.

Because your representative works with you regularly, he or she can identify other agency services you may need and link you to the right person.
